Refund and Returns Policy

Neith Textiles gladly accepts returns of most items. To return an item please email us at sharon@neithtextiles.co.uk

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for custom or personalised items.

If you would like to return an item please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You have 30 days to return your purchase to us.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In addition, we do recommend that you are able to track items that you return as we cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.

Once we receive your returned item we will issue a refund using the payment method used for your purchase. Items that arrived damaged will be assessed and we will consider whether a refund is possible.

You will receive your refund within 3-5 working days after we have received the item back and inspected it. If you haven’t received a refund within that time frame, please contact your bank or company. Sometimes processing on their end takes longer. If you have done all these and still haven’t received a refund, please contact us at sharon@neithtextiles.co.uk
