We make these coasters from scratch, using a beautiful African print cotton fabric for both the front and back, with a soft felt pad in the middle for durability and protection. The fabric has been rescued and repurposed, giving it a brand-new life while keeping textiles out of landfill.

The vibrant fabric was originally part of a tabard costume worn in an African-themed show performed by a talented local youth band. After being washed and restored, it’s now transformed into an eye-catching, reusable, and sustainable table accessory.
